Sidewalk Construction/Work

Area:       Sidewalk East Deck to E Park Ave and E Park Ave along Business Building Meadow
            The following sidewalks will be closed for construction through Summer of 2026. Please follow all posted signage for alternate routes. 
- Sidewalk from the East Deck to E Park Ave along Bigler Rd. Please use sidewalk on opposite side of Bigler from East Deck to intersection of Bigler Rd and Park Ave. 
- Sidewalk from the intersection of Bigler Rd and E Park Ave to Business Building along the Business Building Meadow. Please use sidewalk on opposite side of E Park Ave from Bigler Rd to Shortlidge.

End Date:   August 21, 2026
Parking is Not Applicable
Additional Comments:
Please use crosswalks as posted at East Deck/Bigler, E Park Ave/Bigler and E Park Ave/Shortlidge. 
When approaching Business Building from West along E Park Ave and South along Shortlidge, please cross to opposite side of E Park Ave if continuing along E Park Ave. Site logistics map is available.

Permanent Road Closing

Area:    Shortlidge Road from Pollock to Eisenhower Auditorium

Shortlidge Road from Pollock to Eisenhower Auditorium is permanently closed.  Access to Ritenour Parking lot is now via a new road from Osmond Lab traveling between Boucke and the Telecom Building.

Permanent Parking Lot Closing

Area:    Lot Red H 

Lot Red H - west side of Rec Hall south gym, accessed from Atherton street will be permanently closed on 04-01-2005.  The lot is the site of the new Rec Hall Wrestling and Student Fitness Center.  Parking spaces have been relocated at the west and south sides of Noll Lab, accessed from Burrows Rd.
